Dear Marion and Franco,
Hi from Norway! The newlyweds are eventually starting
to land a little after the Summer`s adventures...
Firstly, a huge, big
thank you for being part of making our dream wedding come true!!! It was an
absolute fairytale from beginning to end!
All the hard work and focus on
detail paid off and we had the least stressful wedding ever!
Everything
was just perfect! From the sun coming out just as the bride walked up the stairs
in Malcesine, the perfectly cooked beef and "al dente" vegetables to the
stunning wedding cake! I even got my peonies for the bouqet!!! Thank you also
for being so present but discreet throughout the day, a perfect balance.
We will write to Paolo as well, but for now please give all our love
and a big thank you to everyone at Villa Giona!
Our guests all say it is the
most wonderful wedding they have ever been to, and some of them have been to a
lot!
The photographs also turned out beautifully, so we really have
fantastic memories in every way! No words or photos can ever describe it though,
but our hearts will cherish it all forever.
Our honeymoon was also
amazing! The hotels, service and food was just out of this world... So we have
really had the Summer of a lifetime!
We wish it would never end, but our
waistlines can probably do with a bit of work again...;)
Thank you for
your concern when the devestation hit Oslo. The city is gradually getting back
to normal, but Norway will never quite be the same. But in a way for the
better...
He set out to create hate and fear, but the result was overwhelming
love and togetherness. That will be his greatest punishment!
We hope you are both well and having a
lovely Summer, though probably busy with more happy couples to tend to.
We
really feel we have made friends for life, and hope to stay in touch! And of
course we will be back to visit Villa Giona!!!
